I highly recommended it, from the Bernese sauce to the fingerling potatoes tangy side sauce, I’m still thinking about this dish! The coconut dessert was delicious as well, not sure I would get it again but it’s worth trying. Table also got the fish dish pictured and enjoyed it. The dumplings were tasty too perfect appetizer to share. The ambiance is nice Outdoor patio seating is first come first basis. Indoor or outdoor seating are both lovely. The staff is wonderful! ”

“ My husband and I are avid goers of the din about. We selected 10 Dine about each year we believe we have a good sample of the food the finer restaurant offer here in Park City UT. . In 2020 2 week restaurant offering was the first year we tried Wahso asian restaurant. Coming from the Bay area with a large population of asian restaurant we were trying to temper our expectations. To our amazement Wahso far exceeded our expectation and we ended up ranking it at the top of the list this year!! The Shrimp tempura appetizer with a light batter and slightly crispy large shrimp followed by Pork belly which was crispy and very flavorful. Next was the beet salad and coconut chicken soup really nicely done. Then the entree Salmon with udon. My husband is a fish lover and I am the meat connoisseur . The salmon skin at Wahso was delicious with a slightly crispy slightly seasoned touch, while soft and juicy inside, it far surpassed many salmon dinner I have ever had.... A refreshing deviation from the softer stretchy skin that many restaurants serve. and seasoned in a way that really augmented the fresh flavor of the the fish stake's natural flavors! Finally the grand finally the Tenderloin beef OMG the tenderness the seasoning and the meat flavor was the best we have encountered form all 10 dine about this yr. An absolute must if you are a meat lover. My husband was rolling his eyes and I was astonished to find this level of taste at an asian restaurant any where! ”
“ Absolutely delicious food. The room we were seated in was a bit loud since there was a large group seated near us, but after they left it was enjoyable. Service was also great. Another great experience at a Bill White Restaurent. ”
“ Great food, great drinks, great service. The newest place on Park City Main Street serving a contemporary American cuisine. We started off with a round of cocktails, and each cocktail was great in its own way. For appetizers we had two different salads - the Spanish and blue cheese salad and the house salad. The Spanish salad had amazing blue cheese cubes that were to die for and the house salad had a great dressing and had multiple different toppings inside that made it very interesting. We also got a French onion soup that hit the spot and was a perfect addition to the cold weather. For mains we got the scallops, duck, lamb, and lobster. Each was amazing in its own way but the Crispy Duck Leg blew it out of the water. The Duck was crispy and was full of flavor. The side of Brussels sprouts and bacon was as phenomenal addition. The scallops was a deconstructed clam chowder, the lamb shank was fall off the bone, and the lobster was fresh and cooked to perfection. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on this menu. Bedsides the food, the service was phenomenal - can’t wait to go back! ”
